Refund Policy

All services rendered by Aquarius Medical Spa are provided on a non-refundable basis once that service has been performed. This includes, but is not limited to, blood work, testing and consultation services. Customer agrees that there will not be a refund available once services are rendered and completed by Aquarius Medical Spa. Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis for true fraudulent card activity or, consultations paid for but never used.
